American Biopack manufacturers all products in a state-of-the art facility. Our current tableware plant is located in Anhui, China, and we have plans to expand to the United States with a new state of the art production plant.
At the heart of our innovative process is the production of natural fibers into a pulping system. This creates a substance that is then inserted into thermos-pump machines, which carefully utilize pressure and heat in order to form our containers. Once constructed, these containers serve as ideal, compostable solutions for a wide variety of products and packaged goods.
Throughout this process, we place an emphasis on quality of product. This culture allows us to ensure that our containers are durable enough to meet your needs. We source the highest quality raw material and have rigorously tested our processes to ensure that the resulting products are oil and water leak resistant. Our products and processes use renewable plant fibers, recycle water waste, and reduce general waste in order to efficiently minimize net environmental impact.
All of our products have been certified by the FDA for direct food contact under EN13432, BPI. American Biopack is headquartered in New Jersey with all U.S. shipping and distribution centered in Edison, New Jersey. We also have a distribution center in Florida that services the rest of North America.
